Ingredients
- 1 small container blackberries
- 1-2 tbsp raw honey or agave
- 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Smash blackberries in a bowl with a fork.
- Add honey, lemon juice, and chia seeds, mix well. Adjust sweetness
- Put it in the refrigerator for 30 min.
Notes
- Feel free to add hemp seeds, or switch up the fruit to raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries.
- I put mine in a small mason jar in the fride, I keep it for up to 3-4 days then mae more as needed.
