Berry Jam
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Smash blackberries in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Add honey, lemon juice, and chia seeds, mix well. Adjust sweetness
  3. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 min.
Notes
  1. Feel free to add hemp seeds, or switch up the fruit to raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries.
  2. I put mine in a small mason jar in the fride, I keep it for up to 3-4 days then mae more as needed.
